The BCGS Ensemble is the principal recreational
performance group of the Bloomington Classical
Guitar Society and is under the direction of
esteemed professional guitarist Espen Jensen.
The ensemble consists of dedicated amateur
guitarists who are members of the Society.
We rehearse every Thursday evening and perform
as the opportunity arises. Our current program
includes works by Bach, Albeniz, Faure, Beethoven,
Ravel, Brahms, Tchaikovsky and Granados.
We welcome new members at all levels of ability.
There is a part for everyone! Performance is not
required, just a commitment to attend regularly and
a desire to share the music!
